All appointments take place in the comfort of your home.
Appointments take place every month until 28 weeks, every 2 weeks until 36 weeks, and then weekly until birth.
Routine initial prenatal labs, genetic testing, gestational diabetes screening, and GBS screening.
Referrals for ultrasounds and consultations as needed.

Labor & delivery care by CNM from active labor through 2-3 hours minimum postpartum.
An NRP/CPR certified birthing assistant.
On call availability 24-7.
Delayed cord clamping and golden hour.
Medications will be available if needed.

Initial newborn assessment with vitamin k injection and erythromycin eye ointment if desired.
For newborn: Critical Congenital Heart Defect screening offered at the 24-hour visit and PKU is offered at 1 week visit.
Laceration repair if needed.
Home visits at 24 hours, 1 week, & 6 weeks. More if needed.
Birth certificate paperwork.
Referrals for postpartum care if needed.

Fee includes prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum care.
